<strong>Build Customer Trust</strong> <p>
Customer's which are indifferent to your sales message are your biggest sales challenge. Unless they're lead referral, they have know idea who you are aside from what they have perceived from your marketing message(s). <p>
You must project an image of 'expertness,' quality and excellence in customer service to win their trust and to overcome sales objections. Don't try to be every'thing' to every 'client.' Potential client's will perceive more value from a sales pitch that is not a 'yes' to each and every proposition. Of course, you must score enough hits to win them over, but don't feel that you have to agree to every client demand.<p>
If you haven't effectively communicated the advantages of doing business with you over you competitors, customer's will be hesitant to choose your brand over other brands in the market. <p>
Customer's must trust that you have the skills, experience, and expertise to deliver on your sales promise. |
