Freelance Talent Profiles |
| Our Freelance Talent Profiles allow each member to thoroughly describe their freelance talents and skills. Each profile is fully indexed which means that when job posters search talent profiles, they need not fill out tedious forms but simply enter search terms into a single field. If those terms appear anywhere in your profile, your profile will be presented for review. Furhter, when browsing ALL PROFILES, the system gives prominence to profiles most recently updated, a good reason to keep your talent profile up-to-date. |

Job Queue |
| Our JOB QUEUE feature enables your freelance skill set to to automatically matched to multiple categories of job posts. For example, if you have indicated 'Graphic Designer' or 'Copywriter' and a JOB POST is entered with either or both of those terms, those jobs will be autopopulated in your personal JOB QUEUE. You can, of course, search jobs with specific criteria, but the JOB QUEUE feature is a quick and easy way to see new JOB POSTS that potentially match you skil set simpy by logging in to and viewing your PROFILE HOME PAGE. |

Post Jobs |
| Both freelance talent members and job posters have the ability to post jobs from theri ACCOUNT HOME PAGE. These job posts will to automatched to existing freelance talent profiles where possible and displayed on the MY JOB POSTS page. |
